Sprinkles and Crumbs is run by husband and wife team, Jay and Jess, aided quite often by Dad, Dave. We at the Dock have yet to try something they make that we don’t like. They make scrumptious cupcakes, tempting traybakes, amazing sausage and caramelised onion pinwheels, and the biggest pieces of cake you’ll see in Belfast. They make these delicacies with local fresh ingredients, and make *almost* everything by hand, as Jay says, it’s hard to make Nutella better!
